Organising an event is never easy. Above all, the animation aspect is often overlooked.
That's right, how do I animate my event? In most cases one tries to save money in this very area, thinking of turning to the friend of a friend, the newly established agency and so on.
Huge mistake! First because you really risk boring your guests with performances that are not up to par. Second you cancel the success of the event itself.
Florence Events Agency: animating is an art and cannot be improvised
A practical example: last year one of our best DJs was hired by a major agency in London for an event in a prestigious villa near Siena.
Well, the wedding organisers had thought of everything but had completely ignored one small detail: the possibility of rain.
The DJ, during his inspection a month before the event, had proposed renting a suitable facility for this type of eventuality at a cost of only 3,800 euro. A small adjustment to the budget of almost 100,000 euros.
Fortunately, the bride and groom decided to listen to his valuable advice. How did it turn out? It rained! And of course the evening had the most important part after the ceremony: entertainment with D.J set and big band.
In conclusion, one should never improvise an event but give due value to the tips of those who do their work with passion and competence.
Thanks to our almost 30 years of experience, we organise exclusive events. You can count on both our animation staff but also in the valuable collaboration of high-profile artists.
