The 2026 tourist season is just around the corner and we are already looking for new talent to join our international teams.
Casting will end on 20 December 2026.
Casting Tourist Entertainers 2026
To facilitate meeting candidates from all over Italy (and beyond), our castings take place entirely online and by appointment. You will not have to travel long distances for the first interview: we will meet by video call to assess your profile and aptitudes together.

Appointment: If your profile is suitable, you will be contacted to arrange an individual online interview.
Knowledge in Florence: If successful, you will be invited to our office in Florence to finalise the last contractual details and meet us in person before departure.
How does Casting 2026 work?
We are looking for dynamic, cheerful boys and girls who want to get involved in the following roles:
Children's sector: Mini Club and Young Club animators.
Sport & Fitness: Sports, fitness, swimming and tennis instructors.
Entertainment: Dancers, choreographers, DJs and audio-light technicians.
Contact and Reception: Hostesses, Promoters, Contact Animators and Staff Managers.
Destinations
Our main destinations for 2026 confirm Darwinstaff's international scope:
Spain and Greece: the most iconic European destinations.
Caribbean: Dream destinations such as Santo Domingo, Mexico and the Bahamas, where Darwinstaff has an established and historical presence.
What do we look for in an Animator?
We are looking for motivated people who want to experience high-level training. The main requirements are:
Continuous availability: Six-monthly, annual availability is preferable.
Foreign Languages: Knowledge of at least one language (English, Spanish or German) is a great asset.
Aptitude: Motivation, team spirit and ability to adapt in international contexts.
